  BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Worst Experience ever, different cars were given on the day of arrival, paid the remaining balance on that day. Was asked for a $500 bond, when they had my Credit Card details. Asked for my passport as the bond, gave it as if I was going to take off with the car. 2days later while picking my uncle up from the airport the same lady asked for another $235 for the rest of the car payment after signing documents full payment received. If there was a police officer at the airport that day I would of taken this matter further. Never go through this car rental the car I had had only 1 headlight working and the breaks were bad enough!!!! I sent all my details regarding arrival and departure dates before arriving in Samoa to James. I arrived at the airport the day I was leaving and no one from the rental place was there. I had to call them and ask for my passport, and was told they didn't have my flight details. The lady that signed and took my payment begged me to pay the money or she would get fired!!!!!! This is totally Bull----!!!!!!

  Great experience, exceptional customer service! We rented a small car for 1week at a very reasonable rate, it was very clean and ran great. The employees were helpful and very pleasant. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a rental car.
