::As a Samoan living overseas for the past 30 years going back to Samoa and getting a rental car is not an easy task, there are more than 20 car rental business in Samoa, reading reviews online is a major tool in helping select the most reliable company. As my trip was short-notice and I haven’t been to Samoa for the last 6 years having to choose which company was going to provide a vehicle and also professionalism throughout staff, I decided to read reviews on multiple rental companies. Finally, I came across one of the most consistent and top reviews for Car Rentals in Samoa – Samoana Rental Cars – Thank God I decided to go with Samoana Rental Cars because it helped speed the process of me getting done what needs to get done. I got to the Airport and my VISA card declined, to find out later that the Airport ATM has malfunctioned. I called back to my bank back home overseas confirming funds were available only there was broken communication between my VISA card and Airport ATM. Two Samoana Representatives who were with me at the time ( as I was trying to cash out to pay for the rental) overheard the situation that I was in and agreed to give me the car with no money down, but after the paperwork I realized they were looking for a taxi to head to Apia, I offered to take them or at least half-way where we could find another ATM. On the way we came across an ATM I paid 50% of the full price with a guaranteed word that I will pay the rest the following Monday, (was a Saturday I arrived) which I did. The vehicle that was provided was a new vehicle probably a year old, in perfect working condition and well looked after. The staff were very professional and helpful dealing with the customers making us their number one priority. In return, I want to say Thank you to Samoana Rental Cars for looking after me for the two weeks I was in Samoa. I highly recommend Samoana Rental Cars to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy and professional Car rental Company – in Samoa. ::The car was nothing to write home about the engine light came on not much more than 5 mins into my drive which it should have done as i think the injectors needed replacing as it was missing at low revs and the shock absorbers needed replacing and i think the front wheel bearings had gone. as for the fuel gauge it was stuck on half so i had no idea what was in the tank

::samoana rental was great, make our trip to samoa very enjoyable. rented a car for 14 days and into our first week we had a air cond leak into the car, spoke to the uso and got an exchange vehicle right there and then, no problem no fuss, customer service was great from the emails all through dropping the car back. picking up and dropping the car was easy as they have a office inside the airport. thanks to the team at samoana rental will be using they're service in the near future.
