  Friendly and helpful customer service once you get through security and barricades. Update: revised review from 4 to 2. I came to pick up a passport renewal form, but since it was an interview week for visa applicants, they said they didn't have any forms and that they were busy. They are an embassy, for US Citizens, how do you not have that form?
